The County of Newell is planning irrigation improvements at our agricultural research sites in Brooks and Bow Island. Relocating two linear pivots to Brooks and upgrading irrigation lines would double irrigation capacity across three locations while improving the Bow Island layout.

These improvements would expand access to irrigated land for agricultural research and give leaseholders more flexibility to meet their irrigation needs.
