Road Use Agreements

The County of Newell requires all commercial users of the County road system to register with our partner Roadata Services Ltd, an Annual Road Use Agreement document.  This will allow the County of Newell to know who is using our road system, and what general rules to follow, if there was any doubt.  This annual agreement is a simple one page document outlining the terms and conditions the County of Newell would like to see our commercial partners follow for safe usage of our infrastructure, and the continuing health of our road system.  There are no fee’s for this agreement, the only costs may come if the commercial user damages the road surface to the point to where repairs are required.
