Defining Maximum Allowable Weights Permitted On Certain Municipal Roads


Pursuant to the authority granted under the provisions of Reg. 204/94, and in keeping with Alberta Transportation, the Road Weight Committee orders that,

effective 3:00 P.M. Friday, April 9, 2009

Percentage Axle Weights for Highways are:



Seal Coat Chip & Base All Hamlet Streets in Rolling Hills
(on year-around) (note following exception)
75%



with the exception of 1/2 mile S.H. 875 pavement through
Hamlet of Rolling Hills
100%



All Oiled Streets in Hamlet of Scandia (on year-around)
75%



Thru NW 13-20-13-4 - West paved access to Hamlet of Patricia (on year-round)
75%



A copy of this Order is filed with Alberta Infrastructure,
R.C.M.P., Vehicle Inspection Station & County Patrol.
