TERMS OF USE

1. Users of the County of Newell No. 4 Online Self Permit System must be previously registered with the County of Newell No. 4 as an authorized user of the Self Permit System.

2. All information requested in the application MUST be completed. Incomplete or inaccurate applications are null and void. (Including County Permit Number and Provincial Permit Number)

3. Applications completed by persons/companies who are NOT previously registered as users of the County of Newell Self Permit System are null and void.

4. This service is available on an "As Available" basis. The County of Newell is not responsible for internet outages or the use of improper e-mail or other information entered by the enduser.

NOTE: Once you have completed the self permit application and click "submit", a paper copy of the application with a unique application number will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the application process. A copy of the application will also be e-mailed to the County of Newell No. 4 Peace Officers who will be patrolling County roads and to the County of Newell Public Works department for record keeping.



COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS

The County of Newell Online Self Permit System uses a PDF form and as such you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to use this system. You can download the latest version here.
