Changes to Meeting Schedule At the October 13, 2009 Organizational Meeting, Council passed a motion to amend the meeting schedule as follows:
Municipal Committee and Agricultural Service Board items will now be addressed during the regular meetings of Council. All meetings are held in the Council Chambers of the County of Newell No. 4 Administration Building located in Brooks, AB at 707 - 2nd Ave. East unless otherwise noted.

Irrigation industry  The Irrigation Management Section, Irrigation and Farm Water Division of Alberta Agriculture and Rural Development, is interested in increasing awareness of our online irrigation management support tools - the Irrigation Management Climate Information Network (IMCIN), and the Alberta Irrigation Management Model (AIMM). These products have been designed to provide the irrigation industry in Alberta with up-to-date information on Irrigated Crop Water Use and Decision Support Tools to aid irrigators in making near-real time on-farm irrigation management decisions.
